At Loryvexa Coffee Machines, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully confident in your purchase.


Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your coffee maker.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns.


Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are available for:

    • Defective or damaged products

    • Incorrect items shipped

  • All exchange requests must be pre-approved by our customer service team.


Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your coffee maker arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos or proof of damage.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
